07/17/2019 - This summer, a small, select group of high school students from Young Women’s College Prep (YWCP) and Pittsford Central School District experienced an up-close look at pharmacy thanks to a first-ever summer camp hosted by the Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College.
06/28/2019 - A recent graduate and a rising sophomore have received the inaugural 2019 Internship Funding Award from the Center for Career and Academic Planning (CCAP) to help fill the gap for unpaid/underpaid internship opportunities that each are pursuing this summer.
06/10/2019 - Kristine Schwandt, RPh, an ambulatory pharmacist at Rochester Regional Health, has served as a preceptor for the Wegmans School of Pharmacy for the last year. She has also engaged in five medical missions with the School, and this summer, she will lead a team of students to El Salvador on her sixth mission.
06/10/2019 - Before officially enrolling in the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, Alexander Cain ’19 (Pharm.D.) was involved with St. John Fisher College’s chapter of Phi Delta Chi, the professional pharmacy fraternity.

06/03/2019 - For the fall 2019 semester, and for the third year in a row, over 600 first-year students have committed to St. John Fisher College making the Class of 2023 the third largest incoming class in the College’s history.
05/21/2019 - Pharmacy residents at St. John Fisher College’s Wegmans School of Pharmacy excelled during the New York State Council of Health System Pharmacists (NYSCHP) annual meeting, held in April.
05/15/2019 - Three Fisher alumnae-LaShunda Leslie-Smith ’02, Jill Knittel ’94, ’03 (MBA); and Lesli Myers-Small ’01 (Ed.D.) were honored during the Rochester Business Journal’s Women of Excellence awards program.
