09/29/2026 - St. John Fisher University is once again well represented in the Rochester Business Journal’s 2026 Health Care Power list, a compilation of individuals who have played a significant role in helping to improve the health of the Rochester community.
09/28/2026 - St. John Fisher University has been named among the top 200 on the “2026-2027” America’s Best Colleges list developed by TIME and data research firm Statista.
09/24/2026 - This summer, students from the Wegmans School of Pharmacy joined the School’s 20th medical service trip to El Salvador, serving about 1,600 patients over the course of a week.
09/03/2026 - This summer, the Wegmans School of Pharmacy welcomed a new PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy resident to its year-long residency program and a new fellow to its 2-year Public Health Pharmacy Fellowship Program.
08/26/2026 - Since 2017, Dr. Amy Parkhill, associate professor of pharmacy, has traveled to Guatemala with pharmacy and nursing students completing eight service trips in partnership with Hope 4 Kids International.
08/12/2026 - St. John Fisher University will honor 25 alumni and friends at two special celebrations during the upcoming Alumni Weekend, taking place Sept. 18-20.
08/12/2026 - For the tenth year in a row, St. John Fisher University has been recognized for its continuing commitment to engaged, hands-on education by Colleges of Distinction. Fisher was named to the 2026-2027 list, recognizing its delivery of a high-quality undergraduate education that focuses on personalized learning, strong student-faculty relationships, a vibrant campus life, and successful student outcomes.
07/29/2026 - For the third year in a row, St. John Fisher University was named the top winner in all three higher education categories in the Rochester Business Journal’s 2026 Reader Rankings.
06/08/2026 - Of the graduating Class of 2026 at the Wegmans School of Pharmacy, over 30 percent of new Fisher pharmacists were selected to engage in year-long residencies, training in medical centers, community pharmacies, and health centers around the nation.
05/11/2026 - Each year, St. John Fisher University honors members of its graduating class who have achieved excellence in their academic studies and co-curricular pursuits.
