Requesting an Appointment
Medical
We provide medical services and assistance to students through appointments. While walk-ins may be accommodated for more urgent or emergent needs, we recommend that students who need to be seen by our team schedule an appointment.
- To request an appointment, complete the Medical Request Form located in the Patient Portal or call (585) 385-8280. We will gather some information about what is occurring and offer an appointment based on this report.
- Students can also walk into the Center to report what is occurring. We do not recommend this mode of scheduling for students who have a temperature over 99 degrees or flu-like symptoms.
Any student who is being seen for an illness-related visit will be asked to mask while they are receiving services at the Center.
Counseling
Counseling appointments can be requested online through the Patient Portal.
- To request an appointment, complete the Counseling Appointment Screen Form.
- Your completed form will be reviewed by the Counseling Team who will communicate with you through the Secure Message feature of the Patient Portal.

If you are off campus and have an emergency, please contact 911.
