The Corporate Partner program enables employees of corporate partners to pursue a Fisher graduate degree while strengthening their professional skills, serving their career goals, and contributing greater value to their organizations. The partnership aims to enhance employee education, support talent development and retention, and foster community engagement by making graduate  education accessible and impactful through flexible, part-time programming, online/evening classes, a tuition discount, industry-relevant learning pathways, and ongoing collaborative initiatives.

  • Tuition discount of 20% for eligible full-time employees of the partner company.
  • A dedicated point of contact for both partner organizations and participating employees.
  • Personalized academic advising throughout the program for participating employees.
  • Opportunities to participate in annual career fairs and networking events.
  • Promotional materials to support internal HR and employee communications.
  • Deferred and direct billing options for partners with tuition reimbursement programs.

Corporate Partner Responsibilities

To support a successful and mutually beneficial partnership, partner organizations agree to:

  • Participate in at least one collaborative learning engagement annually (e.g., guest speaking, mentorship, project sponsorship, internship opportunities, or advisory participation).
  • Promote the partnership internally via HR and employee communications.
  • Provide proof of employment for tuition discount eligibility.
