Christian Daley ’25
Basketball Coach
After finishing his student‑athlete career at Fisher, Christian Daley knew he wasn’t done growing, on or off the court. With a passion for sports and a desire to build a long‑term career in the sports business world, he decided it was time to take the next step. “I wanted to broaden my perspective, strengthen my decision‑making skills, and prepare myself for roles where I can influence direction rather than just execution.”
His journey has been shaped by a unique blend of athletic discipline, leadership, and mentorship. Professionally, he is currently coaching and mentoring young basketball players while preparing to relocate and pursue a full‑time role. Coaching has allowed him to stay connected to the sport he loves while developing the skills that translate directly into business.
Fisher’s MBA program has already begun shifting the way he sees his future. The coursework helps him think more analytically, understand organizational strategy, and build the confidence needed to take on leadership roles in the sports industry. “It will open doors to opportunities I wouldn’t have access to otherwise. It’s giving me the foundation to build a career with purpose and upward growth.”
Daley credits Fisher’s warm, supportive community, professors, classmates, and staff for making the experience both manageable and genuinely rewarding. Looking ahead, he sees his MBA accelerating his path into the sports business world, preparing him for roles where he can shape strategy, lead teams, and make an impact beyond the court.
Madeline Denison ’26
Internal Audit at Constellation Brands
With a clear desire to advance her career in accounting and deepen her understanding of business management, Madeline Denison knew that Fisher’s MBA program was the right next step. The program’s flexibility, fully online format, and AACSB accreditation made it possible for her to begin immediately after graduating early with her undergraduate degree, and the accounting concentration aligned seamlessly with her long‑term goals.
Today, Denison works in Internal Audit at Constellation Brands, where she supports operational, financial, IT, and compliance audits. Her role spans data analysis, documenting processes, performing testing, and offering recommendations to strengthen internal controls. Before joining Constellation Brands, she gained valuable experience in client accounting services and general accounting roles, building a strong foundation in finance and accounting that continues to shape her professional path.
Her favorite part of the program has been the blend of flexibility and community. The online format allows her to manage work and school effectively, while interactive sessions and supportive professors keep her grounded in the Fisher experience. “I really appreciate that many of my classmates are the same as in my undergraduate program. It makes the environment familiar and comfortable.”
Denison’s journey reflects the spirit of Fisher’s MBA program: academically rigorous, deeply supportive, and designed to meet students where they are, while preparing them for where they want to go next.
Bryan Mahoney ’00, ’26MBA
Communications Lead, Kaiser Permanente’s Medicare Program
After years of consideration, Bryan Mahoney decided to pursue his MBA. With an undergraduate degree in English and media and communication from Fisher, he had built a successful career in a complex, business‑driven environment, but he wanted to understand the machinery behind large organizations on a deeper level. “Fisher’s MBA is a highly regarded program, and the move to an online format meant I had the flexibility to pursue it from where I live in Los Angeles, California.”
Mahoney’s journey has been shaped by a unique blend of professional expertise and creative passion. Today, he serves as the national communications lead for Kaiser Permanente’s Medicare program, translating some of the most complex regulations in American healthcare into messages that people can understand. With Kaiser Permanente serving more than 12 million members across eight regions, his work sits at the intersection of policy, operations, and human behavior, a space where clarity and strategy matter.
The program has helped him look beyond the communications lens and understand how decisions are made at the enterprise level. Moving forward, he sees his MBA accelerating his path into roles where he can influence not just the message, but the strategy behind it.
Connecting with classmates from different industries, backgrounds, and areas of the country has become one of the most meaningful parts of the experience. “It’s rare to find a program that’s both intellectually challenging and genuinely warm, but Fisher has managed to be both.”
