03/09/2026 - This summer, the Wegmans School of Nursing, Wegmans School of Pharmacy, and School of Business will host academic camps for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in pursuing a career in nursing, pharmacy, or business. The camps are hosted by each of the Schools on the Fisher campus.
03/02/2026 - Soon-to-be-alumna Isabelle Newcomb ’26 is adding one more experience to her Fisher résumé before crossing the stage this May with a new co-op position in the Employee Communications and Engagement Department at Wegmans.
02/23/2026 - St. John Fisher University will celebrate the achievements of alumni and students during the Annual Accounting Awards Celebration on Wednesday, March 25, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. A networking reception will begin at 5 p.m. with the dinner and program beginning at 6 p.m.
02/23/2026 - This week’s “Countdown to Commencement” video features Brooke Chase, a marketing major nominated by Dr. Dan Connolly, dean of the School of Business.
02/20/2026 - Last fall, eight teams from the St. John Fisher University Investment Club participated in the 2025 Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge, with a total of 38 finance students competing across the teams.
02/18/2026 - The Class of 2026 is anxiously awaiting their graduation day and likely in active pursuit of that first job. Returning classes may be starting to think about summer internships, brushing up their résumé, or drafting that first cover letter. Regardless of the stage you are in, Fisher’s Career Services team is offering helpful events throughout the remainder of the spring semester.
02/13/2026 - Registration is now open for the 2026 Fisher Showcase, an event that features the creative and scholarly work of University students, faculty, and staff.
02/06/2026 - The St. John Fisher University 72nd Commencement is scheduled for Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9 with five ceremonies celebrating bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree recipients. Once again this year, the University is seeking student speakers through a nomination process open to all members of the campus community. Students may also self-nominate.
01/30/2026 - A gift from former Fisher parents, given in memory of their daughter, established a scholarship for education students with a passion for community service, while another gift from an accounting alumnus created a scholarship for students pursuing the same path.
01/29/2026 - St. John Fisher University recently announced the Dean’s List honorees for the Fall 2025 semester, which includes more than 1,500 undergraduate students.
