Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament to be held at Oak Hill Country Club
The annual Fisher Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, June 12, at renowned Oak Hill Country Club, home of the 2023 PGA Championship.
The tournament is a Fisher tradition, with golfers first hitting the links in the early 1980s to raise funds to establish a scholarship in honor of past president Fr. Charles Lavery and former dean Fr. Joseph Dorsey.
Since then, the tournament has raised nearly $2 million supporting all scholarships at the University. This year’s tournament takes place just weeks after Oak Hill will be showcased worldwide as the home of the PGA Championship.
Golfers will get the full Oak Hill pro experience beginning with their own locker, lunch on the Oak Hill veranda, 18 holes with a cart, and dinner. All proceeds benefit Fisher scholarships.
