Donate Tools to SEAC’s Tool Shed

This month, First Generation Scholars Riley Ellis and Mariangelis Gonzalez are hosting an On-Campus Donation Drive to help support the South East Area Coalition’s (SEAC) Tool Shed.

The Tool Shed is a new program that aims to provide access to tools to any resident, business, or organization in the Greater Rochester Area, for a small annual fee ($25 per year for the basic level). The goal is to remove financial or other obstacles to those in need of tools.

The Tool Shed is looking to build its inventory; support the drive by donating just one tool from their Wishlist (tools can be new or used, please see the Wishlist for accepted items). The On-Campus Drive runs from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 18 through Wednesday, April 20, outside of the Office of Safety and Security.
