Wednesday Marks 100 Days Until Teddi
The Teddi Dance for Love Committee will mark the 100-day countdown to the longest running student-led tradition at Fisher with events and activities all week. Teddi 42, a 24-hour dance-a-thon that benefits Camp Good Days and Special Times, will take place Friday, Feb. 9 through Saturday, Feb. 10 at St. John Fisher University.
From 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30, support Teddi and grab your favorite soup, wrap, or salad at the Brighton Panera (1902 Monroe Avenue). Show the Teddi Instagram post or say “Teddi” at check-out to donate 25 percent of your purchase to the dance.
On Wednesday, Nov. 1, campus will be decorated to celebrate 100 Days until the Teddi Dance. Stop by the Donald E. Bain Campus Center Atrium from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to purchase 100-Day merchandise, snap a Teddi picture, register for the dance, and more!
On Wednesday, Teddi will also be hosting a hair donation to benefit Children with Hair Loss, a nonprofit organization that provides human hair replacements at no cost to children and young adults facing medically-related hair loss. Sign up for a slot via Google.
Throughout the day, the Teddi Committee will hold a series of challenges on its Instagram account. The highest fundraiser on 100 Days will win an Apple Airtag and case; find a hidden candy cut-out—in honor of Teddi 42’s Candyland theme—around campus for a chance to win a gift card, and complete social challenges for a chance to enter into several raffles.
Teddi’s weekly meeting, which will be held at 9:30 p.m. in Basil 135 on Nov. 1, will feature inspiring remarks from President and Mrs. Rooney. Teddi merchandise will also be available for purchase.
