08/14/2024 - The first few weeks on campus are filled with words of wisdom from parents, professors, and staff members. But, some of the best advice comes from current students who remember well the hectic, nerve-wracking, and exciting experience of being a first-year student. Edward Foster ’25 and Mallory Schake ’25, two members of the Orientation Team, offer their thoughts on making the most of your first year at Fisher.
08/13/2024 - Welcome Weekend 2024 begins with First-Year Move-In Day on Saturday, Aug. 31 and runs through the weekend until the Matriculation Ceremony and the start of classes on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
08/12/2024 - This summer, high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors received a comprehensive look at the nursing and pharmacy fields through a dynamic range of activities during two camps held at St. John Fisher University.

08/06/2024 - Images from Lavery Library’s collection of Frederick Douglass newspapers are currently on display at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City, as part of the exhibit, Isaac Julien: Lessons of the Hour.
08/02/2024 - St. John Fisher University will add eight new members to its Athletic Hall of Fame during a ceremony to be held during Alumni Weekend 2024.
07/31/2024 - This month saw incredible progress as the newly renovated and modernized Lavery Library takes shape.
07/30/2024 - In January 2025, the Wegmans School of Nursing at St. John Fisher University will enroll the first cohort for the Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP). Applications will begin to be accepted on August 1, 2024, with admissions interviews planned for October.

07/24/2024 - The Ed.D. in Executive Leadership Program through the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher University was honored during the Women of Color Summit Kick-Off Event, held on Thursday, June 6, in Niagara Falls.
