Dr. Teresita Muniz ’23
PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care at Anthony Jordan Health Center and Wegmans School of Pharmacy
Residency Program Director: Dr. Gabriela Cipriano
Originally from Rochester, Teresita Muniz graduated from the St. John Fisher University Wegmans School of Pharmacy in 2023. She recently completed her first year of residency at the Finger Lakes VA, where her training was largely focused on outpatient and long-term care. Over the past year, she has cultivated her pharmacy knowledge through working with veterans. Her main clinical interests include women's health and primary care. Moving into her second year of residency, she is excited to further hone her ambulatory care skills and work with such a vulnerable and diverse patient population at Anthony Jordan Health. After her residency, she hopes to secure an ambulatory care or academia position as a pharmacist and continue to work with both the students and patients of Rochester.

Dr. Cadhan McFadden ’23
PGY-2 Infectious Disease Pharmacy Resident, Wegmans School of Pharmacy and St. Joseph's Health Hospital
Residency Program Director: Dr. Lisa Avery
2023 Wegmans School of Pharmacy graduate, Cadhan McFadden, also completed his undergraduate studies at Fisher. After graduation, he went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at St. Joseph’s Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY, an experience that led him to commit to the PGY-2 Residency in Infectious Diseases at St. Joseph’s. As a student in the School of Pharmacy, through his clinical experiences, he was able to see all the facets of pharmacy and how impactful pharmacists can be. This experience allowed him to pursue his passion and provided him with meaningful experiences he uses in his practice now. In his PGY-2, he hopes to improve as a preceptor, build on his public speaking skills, and be a more effective communicator within the health care team. His post-residency plans include pursuing a career in infectious diseases, preferably as part of an infectious disease consult team.
