Wegmans School of Pharmacy
The Wegmans School of Pharmacy was created in 2005 after a $5 million gift from Robert Wegman. The School officially opened in September 2006 after the New York State Board of Regents approved amendments to Fisher's master plan, authorizing the institution to offer doctoral programs—the Doctor of Pharmacy was one of the first of those programs.
Housed in the School of Pharmacy, the Interprofessional Simulation Center opened in 2022. This Center deepens the interprofessional partnership between the Wegmans School of Nursing and Wegmans School of Pharmacy, preparing students at all degree levels to be more collaborative health care professionals.
